*Cleaning cost includes cleaning, check-in, check-out, bed linnen and towels. This needs to be paid in cash during check-in. 

These prices are market-based and seasonally adjusted.
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is before 10.00. 

Towels, bed linen, and kitchen linen are provided.

The use of power and water of 80 Kwh per week is included in the price. When the electricity use is higher then 80Kwh, we will cover the difference with the deposit by €0,40 per Kwh. This does not apply to the months July and August.  

Smoking is not allowed. Pets are only allowed if agreed upfront. .
